We prepare all of our menu items in our very own kitchen so that it is served absolutely fresh and hot for your event!
Our chef buys and prepares the freshest ingredients available to ensure the highest quality food service around.
Pictured here is a serving of our "American Cuisine". We start with a fresh chicken breast, grilled to perfection and breaded with Italian bread crumbs for optimum flavor; add fresh green beans sauteed in olive oil and garlic and seasoned with these same bread crumbs and top it off with fresh new red potatoes boiled and then grilled to a crispy outer coating.
This is our most popular menu choice but we also offer: an Italian menu, a Mexican menu, a Texas BBQ menu and even a Cajun menu.
